LIGAYA founder, Rose Tibayan, helped to design this information card for families, and caregivers, of older people so that they can learn to recognize the three (3) symptoms of Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus. The card is produced by the Hydrocephalus Association, on whose media committee Rose is a member.
